1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using our CMS platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Our platform provides a content management system (CMS) built with Next.js and Supabase. We offer two main plans:

• Templates (€15): Access to Next.js templates, unlimited downloads, and minor updates
• Pro (€125): All major updates for life, private Discord access, feature voting, and priority support

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing our services, you agree to pay all charges incurred by you or any users of your account and credit card (or other applicable payment mechanism) at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred.

• Templates plan: One-time payment of €15
• Pro plan: One-time payment of €125 for lifetime access
• All sales are final unless otherwise stated
• Refunds may be provided at our discretion within 14 days of purchase

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of our company and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Templates and code provided through our service are licensed for use, not sold. You may use them for personal and commercial projects but may not resell or redistribute the templates themselves.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information
• To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code

7. Content Policy

Our service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material. You are responsible for the content that you post to the service.

You retain your rights to any content you submit, post or display on or through the service. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, and display such content in connection with our service.

8. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the service, to understand our practices.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service.

10. Disclaimer

The information on this website is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this company excludes all representations, warranties, conditions and terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall our company, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
